Navy MWR Digital Library is the Navy MWR Library Program’s Digital Library Branch, and it’s open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Digital customers enjoy e-books and audiobooks, foreign language learning, test prep, and research resources that support lifelong learning, and professional and recreational reading. 

The Department of the Navy does not officially endorse any private company or sponsor their products or services.

Attention OverDrive & RBdigital Users

In preparation for upgrading the Navy MWR OverDrive site, accounts have moved to a new management system. Users must reset their password using the link on the OverDrive sign-in page. The first time you sign in, use your email as the password. The OverDrive site change is expected to be completed around the end of January.

RBdigital is transferring the book and audiobook collection to OverDrive on January 14. Readers with holds will lose the holds, but the full lending period will be honored for those with books currently borrowed. Magazines, Great Courses, Comics, and ArtistWorks will remain on the RBdigital platform.

  • for U.S. Military Families: To help alleviate the academic stress being experienced by DoD-affiliated personnel and their families due to COVID-19 disruptions, U.S. Department of Defense Military Community and Family Policy has temporarily expanded eligibility for for U.S. Military Families program. The program provides on-demand academic support 24/7 online in more than 100 subjects for kindergarteners through college students.
