  • Housing Complaints
    If you have a maintenance issue or complaint with privatized housing (PPV), please contact your local PPV partner office. If you are not satisfied with their response to your concern, contact your Navy HSC at www.cnic.navy.mil/contacthousing. If you have an issue with government-owned/leased housing or community housing, you can contact your local Navy HSC at www.cnic.navy.mil/contacthousing.   • Applying for Housing
    You can begin the housing application process online using the Navy's Housing Early Assistance Tool (HEAT). Navy Housing has developed HEAT to assist service members and their families in obtaining housing information Navy-wide. HEAT allows service members, DoD-sponsored civilians, Coast Guard and their families to get the housing process started online at one or more Navy installations before or after they receive their Permanent Change of Station (PCS) orders. HEAT is available to any service member and Coast Guard at all Navy installations.

  • Unaccompanied Housing
    Unaccompanied Housing (UH): The majority of permanent party barracks are government-owned/controlled and located on base. The Navy Unaccompanied Housing (UH) office, or the Housing Service Center at smaller locations, is responsible for determining eligibility, processing applications, and making assignments. This office also manages Housing operations, including resident relations, and maintenance and repair coordination. Email your local Housing Office to inquire about UH services.
