The CG SUPRT Program offers free and confidential services to navigate life's challenges.

The COVID Coach app from VA Mobile was created for everyone, including veterans and service members, to support self-care and overall mental health during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Defense Health Agency
Download and use mobile health apps, such as Breathe2Relax, T2 Mood Tracker, Tactical Breather, and Virtual Hope Box, to maintain and enhance mental health.

FOCUS (Families Over Coming Under Stress) is a DoD resilience-building program. The FOCUS program is designed for military families, couples and children facing ongoing stress and change. FOCUS promotes family strengths and supports adults and children to help manage the challenges of military life.

Mental Health
If you are a service member or veteran in crisis or if you are concerned about one, there are specially-trained responders ready to help you, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Veterans Crisis Line connects service members and veterans in crisis, as well as their family members and friends, with qualified, caring VA responders through a confidential toll-free hotline, online chat, or text messaging service.
