Leadership In Training Program

Empowering our next generation of innovators and leaders.

Employees and Business Graphic

The Leadership in Training (LIT) Program serves as a catalyst to motivate and inspire exceptional employees by offering them additional avenues for advancement and leadership roles. The program offers a unique opportunity to lay a strong foundation of knowledge in Quality of Life (QOL) areas that participants may not have previously encountered, thereby broadening their perspectives and expanding their skill sets. Through engagement with Senior Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC), region, and installation leadership, participants will gain invaluable exposure to different leadership styles and insights into the diverse roles and responsibilities of QOL Programs, all directly from subject matter experts.

Additionally, the program offers a platform for the participants to develop meaningful connections by fostering collaborations and strengthening their professional and personal networks with team members from all levels of CNIC: HQ, region, and installation. The LIT Program plays a pivotal role in nurturing and developing future leaders who will drive the organization’s success and growth.

Beyond the opportunity to gain and practice essential technical skills that empower employees and influence others, participants will have the opportunity to connect with experiences faulty and peers. They will serve as a strong support system for the participants, offering guidance and knowledge to help the participants learn and grow.
